Breakfast - 35g of oatmeal with skim milk with a dash of raisins. Soluble Vitamin C, a tablet of Vitamin B, zinc and CLA.

Snack - 1 scoop of Magnum Quattro Protein, 1 boiled corn, no salt added.

Pre-workout - 3 capsule of Big-C

Gym - 1330H-1515H

Post Workout - 1 scoop of Magnum Quattro Protein, 3 capsule of Big-C, Aston's Double up chicken breast with Garden Salad and Pasta Salad
(Calories - 1000)

Snack - a slice of gardenia raisin bread
(Calories - 120)

Last Meal - Half glass of teh tarik and a capsule of CLA.
(Calories - 100)
