Breakfast - 35g of boiled, plain oatmeal serve with 1 slices of banana, a cup of soluble vitamin c, 1tablet of vitamin B, 1 tablet of zinc, a capsule of CLA.

Pre Workout - 3 capsule of Magnum Big C

1230H-1430H --Gym/Sauna

Post Workout - Chicken Rice, 1 egg white and 1 scoop of Magnum Quattro, 3 capsule of Big C,1 capsule of CLA
(Calories - 850)

Snack - 100ml of Blue/Cranberry juice, 1 Ricola Lozenges
(Calories - 50)

Dinner - 1 small bowl of cury chicken, 1 slice of gardenia raisin bread.
(Calories - 420)

Supper - 1 plain prata, few mouthful of mee goreng, few sips of teh tarik, 1 capsule of CLA
(Calories - 500)

Total Calories Intake - 2060 ...SHIT i overshot 2000 !
